The Center for Policy Exploration, Analysis and Simulation was established in 2019 by Erik Pruyt, Stefan Wigman, Tushith Islam, and Wouter van Bekhoven.

Erik Pruyt obtained a PhD in modelling and simulation of energy transitions from the Free University of Brussels. Until 2019 he was Associate Professor of Policy Modelling and System Dynamics Modelling at Delft University of Technology.

Tushith Islam is a civil engineer, primarily focused on the creation of tools for expanding analytics of complex problems. Previously, he worked as a software developer at Greenwood Strategic Advisors, and a Postdoctoral researcher at Delft University of Technology.


We are a scalable organization: We work with complementary partners and students from the TU Delft's Engineering and Policy Analysis program.
